About Vista

Award Winning Excellence!

Dining at Vista includes a variety of crowd-pleasing, local Colorado food. Start with our tantalizing appetizers, move on to the creative or simply prepared entrees & finish with our homemade desserts. You may enjoy a beautifully prepared fresh fish dish or grand steak—whatever your heart desires. Fresh Alaskan Halibut is a summertime staple and the Yellowfin Tuna dish is on the menu year-round. Braised meats like Short Ribs and Lamb Osso Bucco are on the menu or offered as specials.  For the simpler, healthier, gluten-free palate, all of our proteins can be served with your choice of sides. Our menu changes with the season offering the freshest Colorado products available. A dedicated children’s menu combines traditional favorites such as Chicken Tenders and Mini-burgers, adding more upscale offerings at dinner such as Petite Filet Mignon, Grilled Salmon, and Tempura-battered Shrimp. A seasonal vegetarian dish is a staple on our menu.  The cost-effective mindset also spills over into the restaurant’s intriguing, ever-changing, international wine list. Vista has been a winner of Wine Spectator’s “Award of Excellence” award for many years. Our extensive wine list is considered the most reasonably priced in the Valley. The restaurant has also been awarded a AAA “Three Diamond” designation.

The restaurant attracts both tourists and loyal locals, where all can feel at home. Vista offers diners a nice, casual atmosphere with upscale service.  A wrap-around, flower-filled terrace features striking views of the golf course, as well as a serene brook and waterfall during the summer. In the winter months, diners are welcomed with the warmth of a grand fireplace and a lodge-like feel.

Diners are impressed by the beautiful views and are instant fans of the cuisine. With its casually elegant atmosphere, Vista often plays host to special events from birthday parties to a grand formal wedding. The many different rooms open up to each other for seating up to 200 inside, or may be used separately for smaller parties.

Like most Colorado mountain-resort restaurants, Vista at Arrowhead’s schedule revolves around ski and summer seasons. Vista is open for lunch and dinner in the summer months and dinner only in the winter. The venue is closed in the spring and fall, specifically in April through the beginning of May, as well as October and November.
