Sean has been running around restaurants for as long as he can remember.  His parents opened their restaurant, “Delaney’s Hole in the Wall” when he was 10 years old.  He immediately began bussing tables and enjoyed the fast paced, team environment of the restaurant.  He spent a few summers splitting his time between the kitchen with mom and the dining room with dad.  Sean kept gravitating towards the dining room more frequently, enjoying the guest interaction it offered.  As soon as he turned 18, his dad trained him to tend bar.  He worked in restaurants throughout college then found his way to Vista at Arrowhead after graduating from C.U. Boulder.  It seemed like a fun job for the summer and years later, he is still here. Since being at Vista, Sean has expanded our cocktail creations, expanding our list. He has also enjoyed developing his wine knowledge through many tastings and seminars. The family atmosphere at Vista is what keeps him around.  ”We take great pride in providing a top notch product and delivering the best possible dining experience to our guests and we genuinely care about each other!”
